The University of Kansas Hospital promotes a welcoming comfortable atmosphere for patients, visitors, students and faculty in their new Cambridge North Tower.   The design emphasizes an atmosphere of healing while providing a quality environment for teaching and attracting the best and brightests in medicine.  Lighting provides a soft, glare-free, illumimation for patients as well as staff and visitors.  Lighting is integrated throughout the architectural and required custom fixtures and architectural coordination during the desing process.  Steadfast attention was given to these details to ensure the project was a success.
